A/c %: 13%
Brix: 22
T/A: 8.0g/l
Residual Sugar: 3g/l

The Harvest: Great flowering and fruit set. A hot summer suggesting a perfect season. Coolness set in after a wet weather spell in February.

Tasting Notes: The fruit was fermented cool and long to retain vibrant fruit characters. It had brief lees contact to build in texture and richness to balance the low level of residual sugar of this dry wine.

Pungent gooseberry explode from this fresh Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is crisp and dry with great concentration and beautifully textured.

The flavours and aromatics complement each other, and suggest citrus, green apple, and melon.

This wine also reflects the minerality characteristics of the vineyard itself.
